"What I like the most about my job is the connection and relationships that I develop with pharmacy teams. I take a ‘we are all in this together’ approach which is very effective in terms of quality improvement. I have seen so much progress in the level of patient care provided in pharmacy since starting in this position in 2010. I feel that this is a direct result of both the pharmacy teams’ efforts and the support that I provide as practice consultant. My role is always evolving and there are always opportunities to participate in internal ACP initiatives." Jennifer Mosher, Pharmacy Practice Consultant.
