Operations leadership team

Greg Eberhart, Registrar
Reporting to Council, the registrar is responsible for the overall administration and direction of the college, including its four core programs of registration, competence, professional practice, and complaints. This includes developing and implementing ACP’s strategic plan, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with government and other key stakeholders, designing and implementing Council development and policy governance, and representing ACP in various provincial and national organizations.

Kaye Moran, Deputy Registrar
Responsible for leading the college’s registration and competence programs to ensure competent and responsible practitioners, safe and effective practice environments, and accessible care. 

Jeff Whissell, Deputy Registrar
Responsible for leading the college's professional practice and complaints resolution programs to ensure competent and responsible practitioners, safe and effective practice environments, and accessible care.  

Rob Vandervelde, Operations & Finance Director
Leads the operational functions of the college including accounting, finance, investments, human resources, information technology, records management, and special projects.

Program leaders

James Krempien, Complaints Director
Investigates and resolves complaints regarding pharmacy practice and the operation of licensed pharmacies.

Debbie LeeRegistration Director 
Leads the registration team. Oversees programs and policies related to the registration of pharmacy professionals and the licensing of practice sites, including the structured practical training programs and the jurisprudence exam.

Shao Lee, Professional Practice Director
Leads the Professional Practice team. Develops, implements, and maintains methodologies and strategies to measure, monitor, support, and improve pharmacist and pharmacy technician practice and pharmacy practice settings.

Pamela Timanson, Competence Director
Leads the development and implementation of  programs and procedures to ensure pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are competent to perform their authorized roles, including the Continuing Competence Program (CCP).

Barry Strader, Communications Director
Develops communication strategy and oversees the production of ACP's communications to deliver the right messages to the right audiences at the right times through the right channels.

Zoltan Tougas, Information Management and Technology Director
Provides leadership in the delivery of information management and technology services.
