If I can’t access the CCP portal how will I submit my CEUs?

If the CEUs you are using for reinstatement are accredited, simply submit the completion certificate for each of the CEUs you are claiming with your reinstatement application.  If the CEUs are non-accredited, they must be logged on a learning record form provided by ACP.  This form will be provided with the reinstatement application.

How do I obtain the reinstatement application package?

Please contact the ACP office at registrationinfo@abpharmacy.ca.  Please be sure to include your full name and ACP registration number in the email.
