Recently, ACP sent a Pharmacy Practice and Operations Assessment Guide to every pharmacy. This is NOT a notice of an upcoming assessment.
The guide simply outlines the pharmacy assessment process and helps you navigate through the new online pharmacy assessment system so there are no surprises when it’s your pharmacy’s turn. Note: You cannot access the online assessment until your licensee has received an assessment notification email for a routine assessment or a consultation has taken place.

The online assessment process, diagramed below, is designed to help you and your ACP Pharmacy Practice Consultant communicate and complete the assessment efficiently.
R symbolizes a Routine assessment. For renovation, relocation, and consultation assessment types there is no requirement for the licensee to complete a self-assessment.
