To access your pharmacy assessment, go to our website pharmacists.ab.ca and click on the login button at the top of the page. Use the same username and password as your Registrant Profile to log into the website.
Once you are logged into the website, log into your Registrant Profile by clicking on the My Profile login button at the top of the page and enter the same username and password.
Please click on the Pharmacy Assessment tab in the top right hand corner of the site and follow the instructions provided to access your self-assessment, acknowledge your action report or submit your action report.
