Every year, ACP selects a small sample of pharmacists’ professional portfolios for audit. Selected portfolios (learning records, implementation record, and supporting documents) will be reviewed by at least two peer assessors (pharmacists). Pharmacists whose portfolios are audited will be informed whether their portfolio has met the established standards and will receive feedback about their portfolio based on the seven key indicators of a successful Implementation Record.
