COVID-19 has touched everyone in Alberta. The Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) wants to know how you’ve been affected.
The HQCA’s second public survey on COVID-19 is available at albertacovidsurvey.com. The survey asks Albertans, including health professionals, for their perceptions on health system access, public health measures, face coverings, vaccines, whether people feel protected from COVID-19 infection, and much more.
It will take about 15 minutes to complete. All responses are completely confidential.

The HQCA is a provincial agency with a mandate to engage with Albertans on their experiences and satisfaction with patient safety and health service quality.
