ACP Council has identified strong leadership as a critical success factor in governance, pharmacy practice, and the work of ACP. Pharmacy professionals exercising their leadership skills make an important difference in patient care.
ACP’s 11th annual Leadership Forum will introduce a select group of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to thought processes and skills that will help them continue to lead in a world of constant change. During this two-and-a-half-day event, participants will be guided through group and individual learning activities designed to foster emotional intelligence and strengthen human-centred leadership skills valuable to our professions, the college, and our communities.
Pharmacy leaders interested in building adaptive leadership skills are invited to apply to attend.
