The town of Barrhead, located 120 kilometres northwest of Edmonton, has four community pharmacies that often collaborate to provide better care for their patients. Recently, they were faced with a challenge: to host a flu shot clinic for the town’s senior citizens. Barrhead’s pharmacists reached out to each other and decided to work together.
