The Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) is conducting a survey to measure the importance of the entry-to-practice competencies for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians that are essential for public protection. The results of the survey will be used to support revisions to the PEBC Qualifying Examination blueprints which are used to assess the competence of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians seeking to enter practice in most provinces and territories. The results will also maintain the validity of the content of the examinations, and ensure that the examinations continue to measure the most important activities of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians entering practice.

The survey is open to practising pharmacy professionals in Canada and all responses are confidential. An independent third party has been contracted by PEBC to collect and analyze the data. PEBC will make a monetary donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association for each survey completed. You can access the survey until June 20, 2025.
