The prohibition on inducements will not come into effect today because a stay was granted on June 4. The stay will remain in effect until a judicial review is completed. The college will defend the amendments to the Code of Ethics and Standards that prohibit inducements at the judicial review, currently scheduled to be heard by the Court in January 2015.
