Zostavax (Varicella-Zoster virus vaccine live attenuated) is Schedule 1. A valid prescription is required for this vaccine.

For this case, it was not in the Alberta exceptions list, so we checked the NAPRA website. Using varicella or zoster as the search term brings it up. It confirms that the drug is classified as Schedule 1.
