On July 25, the BC Supreme Court ruled that the bylaws passed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia prohibiting incentives provided for prescriptions and pharmacy services be struck down.
The hearing at which will ACP will defend its changes to our Standards and Code of Ethics which prohibit inducements is set for Jan. 15, 2015.
