Health Canada changes reporting

Loss or theft reports can no longer be submitted via fax.
Health Canada’s Office of Controlled Substances has decommissioned its fax line, and controlled substance and precursor loss or theft reports can no longer be submitted in this manner.
Health Canada is encouraging all users to submit their loss and theft reports through Health Canada E-Services Portal, but it is also still possible to send reports via email to email@example.com.
