To access your online renewal, from the ACP website homepage, select Registrant profile login, log on and select the Renewal tab. Follow the tabs under Renewal for each step of the renewal process.
Pharmacy renewal forms have been mailed. Pharmacy renewals are due back by June 15, 2011.
If you have not received your pharmacy renewal forms, please contact the ACP office.
NOTE: Online renewal will be unavailable on Wed., April 20 from midnight thru 6:00 am MT due to maintenance activities planned by Shaw Communications Inc.
