Pharmacy reimbursement under Interim Federal Health Program

The Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) is a program funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) that provides limited, temporary, taxpayer-funded coverage of health care benefits to people, including protected persons, refugee claimants, rejected refugee claimants and other specified groups. RxA will communicate information in their upcoming issue of the Capsule about the Interim Federal Health Program to help you understand how pharmacies are reimbursed directly for covered services rendered to eligible clients.
