Pharmacies with existing agreements must enter into new agreements using new template.
As was communicated to licensees via email on March 3, 2025, ACP has amended its model compounding and repackaging agreement template to reflect upcoming policy changes. The amended model agreement template has been added to the Licensee resources page of the ACP website under Compounding and repackaging pharmacies.
If your pharmacy has an existing compounding and repackaging agreement with another pharmacy licensed in Alberta, you must enter into a new agreement using the amended model agreement template.
This new agreement must be in place by Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
