Below is an invitation to complete a short questionnaire on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare workers. This crowdsourcing initiative is a collaboration between Statistics Canada, Health Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada, and the Canadian Institute for Health Information. We encourage anyone working in a healthcare setting to participate.
Invitation from Statistics Canada
Your participation is important—your voice matters
Our objective is to understand the impacts of COVID-19 on Canadian healthcare workers, with particular focus on access to personal protective equipment (PPE), and infection prevention and control (IPC) measures in the workplace. The information we collect will help to inform the delivery of healthcare services, and to better understand what healthcare workers need in terms of equipment, training, and support.
Please take a few minutes to complete the online questionnaire.
Participating is easy and secure
This survey is conducted under the authority of the Statistics Act, which ensures that the information you provide will be kept confidential and used only for statistical and research purposes.
