myACP to launch September 11, 2023

On September 11, 2023, ACP will launch our new information management system—myACP. This new system will change the way you interact with the college, particularly when it comes to managing your registration and pharmacy licence. Applications, renewals, and requests will all be performed in myACP—no more faxes!

On launch day, you will receive an email from with your username and temporary password. Once you receive that email, you’re encouraged to log in, create a permanent password, take a look around myACP, view your digital practice permit, and ensure your personal profile information is up to date (and make any changes needed).

To help you prepare to use the new system, ACP has published a myACP webpage, complete with information about why we created the new system, what’s changing, what isn’t changing, and what to expect when you log in. Later this summer, we’ll add a Q and A document that will provide answers to many of the questions you may have about myACP. ACP encourages you to visit the webpage and familiarize yourself with myACP before logging in.
