Since 1986, Alberta’s Tracked Prescription Program (TPP Alberta) has monitored the use of prescription drugs prone to misuse, using the data collected to develop resources that support healthcare professionals in making safe and informed prescribing decisions.
Administered by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA), TPP Alberta is a partnership of member organizations (including ACP). Last year, TPP Alberta launched a new stand-alone website to make information about medication lists, TPP pads, forgeries, and other topics more accessible and easier to find.
