AHS Nutrition Services is asking pharmacy teams to help point older adults to a survey.
The Alberta Health Services (AHS) Nutrition Services team has developed a survey for older Albertans (aged 65+) to explore how they want to receive and learn about nutrition information to stay strong and healthy as they age. The survey data will help to inform Nutrition Service’s future resource development.
AHS is asking pharmacies to help reach older adults across the province! By sharing this information with older patients and displaying the poster in the pharmacy area, pharmacy teams can help collect data to develop resources that will support older adults to meet their nutrition goals.
