Council elections now open until June 16, 2022

Online voting is available for pharmacists in District 4 (central Alberta).

Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) Council elections are now underway for a pharmacist in District 4 (central Alberta).

All voting takes place online and can be accessed at abpharmacy.ca/vote2022. A biographical sketch, photo, and messages from candidates are posted on the election site, so voters can learn about them to make a more informed decision when casting their ballots.

To login to the voting site, eligible voters can use the same credentials they use to login to the ACP website. Section 21 of ACP’s bylaws defines eligible voters. As election in this district is limited to pharmacists, eligible voters in this year’s election include

  • individuals registered on the clinical pharmacist register who reside in District 4;
  • individuals registered on the Honorary Life Membership register who reside in District 4; and
  • individuals registered on the clinical pharmacist register or Honorary Life Membership register who do not reside in Alberta, but have declared their choice of voting in District 4 for a clinical pharmacist member of Council.

Candidates

The candidates seeking election to Council in District 4 for a three-year term are

  • James Frobb, and
  • Jillian Jones.
