Pharmacy teams who care for patients being treated for cancer, please note this important message from Alberta Health Services as Connect Care is implemented throughout CancerCare Alberta:
To access the most current information about a patient’s outpatient cancer medications, please go to the ‘Oncology Consults” section found within Netcare. As AHS upgrades our computer applications, information about AHS-provided oncology treatments (including adjunct medications) no longer appears in the Pharmacy Information Network (PIN).
