The regulated member cannot engage in the practice of pharmacy while suspended.

In its written decision on May 31, 2024, the committee designated by Council under section 65 of the Health Professions Act suspended the practice permit of Michael Tweedy (#5890), effective immediately.
During this suspension Michael Tweedy cannot
- hold himself out as a pharmacist,
- engage in the practice of pharmacy,
- perform any restricted activities (such as dispensing, prescribing or administering medication by injection), or
- be the licensee of a pharmacy and must not participate in the management or direction of pharmacy practice at a pharmacy.
This suspension remains in effect until the completion of the proceedings concerning a complaint under investigation under Part 4 of the Health Professions Act.
