The Alberta College of Pharmacy’s 2025-26 Annual Report is now available online.
The annual report shares stories about how the work of the college has positively impacted Albertans and how pharmacy professionals are making a difference for Albertans every day.
You’ll learn about how a pharmacy technician in Valleyview is making a bigger impact in her community pharmacy as the operations supervisor. You’ll see how a pharmacist in Lethbridge has started a walking club for cancer patients to not only help with physical recovery, but to allow for positive connections with fellow patients and pharmacy team members. And you’ll see how a person-centred approach by a community pharmacist in Edmonton makes all the difference for patients.
The annual report also includes highlights of the college’s initiatives from the past year, including the launch of our new continuous quality improvement program for community pharmacies (CQI+), an evolution of the college’s Continuing Competence Program, and a new Structured Practical Training Program for provisional pharmacists.
