Previously a provisional pharmacy technician

If you were previously on the provisional pharmacy technician register and your practice permit expired or was cancelled, you may reapply to the applicable register to complete or redo the entry-to-practice requirements for pharmacy technicians. Any previous completion of the Ethics and Jurisprudence Exam or the SPT program is no longer be valid.

If you were on the provisional register but your permit expired before you completed the entry-to-practice requirements, you may be required to provide proof of PEBC certification obtained within the last three years before you can return to the provisional register.

Reapplication process

To reapply, you will need to complete the initial registration process, but log into myACP using the email address ACP previously had on file for you.
