Starting Tuesday, April 2, 2024, you can renew your annual practice permit and, for licensees, renew your pharmacy licence, in ACP’s information management system, myACP.
This will be the first time renewing your practice permit and pharmacy licence in myACP. Before you begin the process to renew, ensure you have your login credentials and that you have familiarized yourself with the myACP environment.
Pharmacists
When you’re ready to renew, you can refer to the guide to renewing your practice permit for a step-by-step resource outlining this process.
You will also use myACP to access the Continuing Competence Program (CCP) portal to complete your CCP requirements. Before renewing your practice permit, you must have
- completed at least 15 continuing education units (CEUs) and documented each learning activity on one or more learning record,
- implemented at least one CEU worth of learning into your practice and documented this on an implementation record, and
- completed the required learning that has been assigned by the competence committee.
This year’s required learning is presented as a series of podcasts titled Pharmacy Perspectives: Providing Safer Spaces. Pharmacists may claim up to five non-accredited CEUs for completing this module and can document what they have learned in a learning record. As this module takes five hours to complete, ensure to give yourself the necessary time to complete it.

Licensees
For pharmacists who are the licensees of their pharmacies, you will also complete the pharmacy licence renewal process in myACP.
