Council elections

The 2024 Council election has concluded and the results are as follows:

• Pharmacy technician Kirsten Shead has been elected to a three-year term in District A (northern Alberta).
• Pharmacist Asad Kashani has been elected to a three-year term in District 1 (northern Alberta).
• Pharmacist Patrick Zachar has been re-elected by acclamation for another two-year term in District 2, and will also serve as past president during the 2024-25 Council year.

ACP congratulates Kirsten, Asad, and Patrick, and expresses appreciation to all candidates who put their names forward for election, and all regulated members who took the time to vote.
